Man Jailed 25 Years for Weed as Child Rapist Who Gave 11yo an STD, Gets Off with NO JAIL

by Matt Agorist

A man who admitted to raping an 11-year-old girl was let off with NO JAIL time while another man received 25 years for selling a plant.

Tuscon, AZ — If ever you feel that the state has your interests in mind when they provide their mandatory “protection” through this system of law enforcement, consider the following scenario which completely negates that idea. When a system lets a child rapist go free while locking someone in a cage for selling a plant — that system does not have your interests in mind.

Earlier this month, 29-year-old Carlos Correa of Hereford, Ariz. was sentenced to 25 years in prison after being busted during a traffic stop in 2015 carrying marijuana. Correa pleaded guilty to a federal drug conspiracy charge stemming from a marijuana smuggling ring.

He got twenty-five years in a cage for selling a plant. If this plant was dangerous and had killed millions of Americans, one could potentially make the case for advocating against it. However, that is not the case at all. Marijuana has never killed anyone, yet police officers and prosecutors still viciously go after those who attempt to sell and possess it. A travesty indeed.

One would think that if a man selling a plant was sentenced by a justice system to 25 years, that another man who raped a young child would receive a far greater sentence, right? Wrong.

To contrast the depravity of how this system functions, we can look at another case this month in which a man molested an 11-year-old girl and walked out of the courtroom a free man.

Last week, Joseph Meili, 22, pleaded guilty to third-degree child molestation, but the conviction could go off his record if he successfully completes probation.

Meili admitted to having sex with an 11-year-old girl — who cannot consent, making it rape — and was allowed to walk free from the courtroom. This sicko also gave this poor girl chlamydia.

Court documents say Meili connected with the girl on an online dating website and they arranged to meet in person in July 2017. A sexual encounter ensued, according to USA Today.

The girl’s parents reported her missing when she was meeting with Meili, and because she was only 11, Meili was also guilty of kidnapping the girl.

Meili was originally charged with several serious felonies, including kidnapping, statutory sodomy and statutory rape. However, his charges were reduced to a single count of child molestation.

Meili’s defense was that he was “catfished” by the 11-year-old, and the judge bought it hook, line, and sinker.

Meili’s attorney, Scott Pierson called his client’s lack of jail time “a just outcome.”

We disagree.

Sadly, this type of “justice” plays out over and over in the ostensible land of the free in which sex offenders receive petty sentences while plant dealers are locked in cages for life.

As Jack Burns wrote, we want to know why. Why is it pedophiles get off scot-free and those who are reportedly trying to heal with natural medicine are kidnapped, jailed, and/or killed, all because of a God-given plant and its healing properties?

Studies show pedophiles have dozens of victims before they’re eventually caught or die of natural causes, and as this case illustrates, few of those who are convicted of crimes against children ever spend a day behind bars. Yet those caught with drugs are much more likely to spend serious time in prison for possession, and distribution, both typically non-violent offenses.

It’s high time we stop sending disabled Iraq War veterans, medical doctors, dads, children, wives and husbands to prison for a plant. It’s time we take action. Call your congressman or senator today and express your desire to see marijuana legalized, and those in prison for marijuana-related charges set free.

Court Sentenced 77-Year-Old Disabled Veteran to Die in Prison for Treating Illness with Marijuana

As Joe Rogan famously said nearly a decade ago, “Prison is for rapists, thieves, and murderers. If you lock someone up for smoking a plant that makes them happy, then you’re the f**king criminal.”

Please share this article so we can show others how crimes against children go unpunished while the state ruins lives over plants.
