Russian Airstrikes Destroy 40% of ISIS/ISIL Infrastructure in a Week — USA Complains

According to Sputnik News, Syria’s Ambassador in Russia, Riad Haddad, stated that around 40 percent of the Islamic State’s infrastructure in Syria has been destroyed in the past week, since Russia began its military operation in the country.

(Which makes one wonder what the US has been doing for the past year and a half. Luckily, I also have this answer for you.)

“According to our data, about 40 percent [was destroyed]. In addition, a lot of terrorists have been killed. Now, they are retreating toward the Turkish border, as this country has traditionally provided them with protection,” Haddad said.

After the first three days of precision strikes, during which Russia bombed 50 ISIS targets, the command post of one of the terror groups has been eliminated, together with an underground storage facility for explosives and munitions. This brought panic and desertion among ISIS ranks.

According to National Defence Control Centre Col. General Andrey Kartapolov:

“In the past three days we have managed to disrupt the terrorists’ infrastructure and to substantially degrade their combat capabilities. Intelligence reports say that militants are leaving the areas under their control.”

“A bunker-busting BETAB-500 air bomb dropped from a Sukhoi Su-34 bomber near Raqqa has eliminated the command post of one of the terror groups, together with an underground storage facility for explosives and munitions.”

“There is panic and desertion among (ISIS) ranks. Nearly 600 mercenaries have abandoned their positions and are making attempts to get out to Europe.”

Sensing that the situation could be speculated by the US propaganda machine and accuse Russia of bombing civilians, the Russian high command has also released to the public high definition videos of their precision air strikes.

Less known to the general public is the fact that Russia also launched precision missile strikes against ISIS from an unlikely location: the Caspian Sea (hundreds of miles away).

Meanwhile, for the entire week, the US complained that Russia is going after America’s “good guy terrorists.” I know it sounds like a bad joke, but I swear it’s not! You can read more on the subject here and here.

Now, in case you’re wondering what kind of “precision strikes” has the US conducted in the past week, the answer is: none against ISIS.

But it did knowingly bomb a civilian hospital in Northern Afghanistan (for more than one hour), killing 12 MSF (Doctors Without Borders) and 10 of their patients. Now, the US is facing charges of war crimes.

Good job, US High Command in Afghanistan!
