Russia Halts Imports of Monsanto Corn Over Cancer Fears

(RT News) -- "Russian authorities temporary suspended the import and sale of Monsanto’s genetically-modified corn after a French study suggested it may be linked to cancer.

The Russia’s consumer-rights regulator Rospotrebnadzor asked scientists at the country’s Institute of Nutrition to review the study. The watchdog has also contacted to European Commission’s Directorate General for Health & Consumers to explain the EU’s position on GM corn.

The report prepared by France's University of Caen and published last week, claimed that rats fed over a two-year period with Monsanto's genetically modified NK603 corn, developed more tumors and other pathologies than a test group fed with regular corn. The NK603, sold under the Roundup label, is genetically engineered to withstand glyphosate weed killer.

The company criticized the study, saying it “doesn’t meet minimum acceptable standards for this type of scientific research” and the data was incomplete.

According to Discovery News, "the first ever Etruscan pyramids have been located underneath a wine cellar in the city of Orvieto in central Italy, according to a team of U.S. and Italian archaeologists. Carved into the rock of the tufa plateau --a sedimentary area that is a result of volcanic activity -- on which the city stands, the subterranean structures were largely filled. Only the top-most modern layer was visible.

'Within this upper section, which had been modified in modern times and was used as a wine cellar, we noticed a series of ancient stairs carved into the wall. They were clearly of Etruscan construction,' David B. George of the Department of Classics at Saint Anselm, told Discovery News.

Possible "Time Jumper" Caught on Camera

(ADG UK) - "Great footage of an apparent time jumper has come to light in China. According to the report I received this event was recorded in Shēnzhèn, a major city in the south of Southern China's Guangdong Province, just north of Hong Kong by CCTV, and was leaked onto the internet."

Personally, I am almost certain it is staged, for several reasons: CCTV cameras usually record at lower resolution and have lower fps than this footage, the video has a too-good-to-be-true night time clarity, and it has an overall feeling of Hollywood. If this video would have been caught on camera before the movie Jumper, I would have gave it a little more consideration.

But I also know that anything is possible if one has the needed knowledge and technology.

After the New York Times recently admitted that the mainstream media stories are scripted by the White House, Amber Lyon, an ex-CNN reporter exposed the network's self-censorship on Syria.

"In late March 2011, as the Arab Spring was spreading, CNN sent a four-person crew to Bahrain to produce a one-hour documentary on the use of internet technologies and social media by democracy activists in the region. Featuring on-air investigative correspondent Amber Lyon, the CNN team had a very eventful eight-day stay in that small, US-backed kingdom.

By the time the CNN crew arrived, many of the sources who had agreed to speak to them were either in hiding or had disappeared. Regime opponents whom they interviewed suffered recriminations, as did ordinary citizens who worked with them as fixers.

Leading human rights activist Nabeel Rajab was charged with crimes shortly after speaking to the CNN team. A doctor who gave the crew a tour of his village and arranged meetings with government opponents, Saeed Ayyad, had his house burned to the ground shortly after. Their local fixer was fired ten days after working with them."

Cloud Atlas: In Theaters October 26

I want to give you all a heads up to "Cloud Atlas", a movie to hit the US theaters on October 26th, 2012 and open internationally early next year. The movie is based on David Mitchell's novel with the same name and the plot "consists of six nested stories that take the reader from the remote South Pacific in the nineteenth century to a distant, post-apocalyptic future."

The plot summary, according to imdb: "An exploration of how the actions of individual lives impact one another in the past, present and future, as one soul is shaped from a killer into a hero, and an act of kindness ripples across centuries to inspire a revolution."

I have the highest expectations for this movie, especially because it's directed and produced by the Wachowski brothers. They have previously wrote and directed one of my all time favorite movie, The Matrix, and also wrote (the screenplay) and produced the very inspiring "V for Vendetta".

If you don't want to stumble across tons of spoilers, I suggest you not to watch the extended version of the trailer, nor to research any further into the plot. The following trailer should be enough to get your attention, without giving too much of the plot's key moments:

Why Did NASA Bombed the Moon?

William Cooper warned the American people that the US government is making preparations for a fake terrorist attack on US soil, less than two and a half months before 9/11. He also pointed out that they will use Osama bin Laden (who was CIA asset Tim Osman) as a scapegoat for the attacks, during his 06/28/01 radio show.

Collecting Rainwater is Now a Crime!

According to Mike Adams from the Health Ranger, "collectivism is spreading like a cancer across America, where a private property owner in Oregon is now in jail for the "crime" of collecting rainwater that falls on his own property! According to the government, all property owners must obtain a PERMIT to collect their own rainwater! But the state revoked this man's permit, and then sentenced him to 30 days in jail."

This is one of the most absurd and outrageous things I have ever heard of! They simply want us to become 100% dependent on their GMO, chemically altered and fluoridated products. No more natural fruits and vegetables grown in your own garden, no more raw milk from your own farm, no more fluoride-free water from your own well, no more rain water on your own land, etc.

About three years ago I received the information that garlic and mint will be banned in the future as drugs, because they are very beneficial to our health. Our descendants will consider them drugs, just as many people today, consider hemp to be a drug -- even though it's probably the most human-friendly plant on earth.
